Refund policy

🔁 First: Return Without Reason

Customers are allowed to request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • ⛔️ The product is in its original condition with all its components
  • ⛔️ The packaging has not been opened at all
  • ⛔️ A clear video showing all sides of the packaging is submitted via WhatsApp: 01130542112
  • 📌 The request will be processed after reviewing the video
  • 📌 The customer bears the full return shipping cost in this case
  • 📌 The refund will be issued after the product reaches our warehouse and is inspected by the Quality Control team to confirm it has never been opened, typically within 14 business days maximum
  • 📌 An inspection fee of 50 EGP per item will be deducted

🔒 Second: Personal Use Products (According to Consumer Protection Law)

📝 As the product falls under personal-use items, it cannot be exchanged or returned after opening the packaging, in accordance with Article 17 of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and the regulations of the Consumer Protection Authority. As Zeus products fall under personal innerwear items:

❌ Returns or exchanges are not allowed after opening the packaging or trying the product under any circumstances This is to maintain hygiene and public health standards, in compliance with the law. The company reserves all its legal rights to enforce applicable laws without unjustified exceptions.

🛠️ Exceptions (Special Cases)

1️⃣ Manufacturing Defect

In case of a clear manufacturing defect: The request must be submitted within 48 hours only from delivery A video and photos showing the defect must be sent via WhatsApp: 01130542112 The exchange will be processed completely free of charge The company covers all shipping costs 📌 The product will be replaced with the same item (same model / color / size)

2️⃣ Order Error (From Our Side)

In case a product different from the order is received (size, color, or model): The issue must be reported within 48 hours only Photos or a video of the received product must be sent via WhatsApp: 01130542112 The correct order will be sent at no additional cost

3️⃣ Size or Color Change After Opening

We offer you additional flexibility 💚💜 You may request a size or color change for the same model within 48 hours only from delivery, provided that: The requested size or color is available in our inventory A fee of 50 EGP per item applies In addition to the return shipping cost

📌 The original shipping cost is non-refundable in all cases

📌 General Terms

  • Any request that does not meet the conditions or exceeds the specified timeframes will be rejected and not considered under any circumstances
  • The company is not responsible for any damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow the provided care instructions
  • If the product becomes unavailable after approving an exchange request → the case will be converted to a return, while shipping and inspection fees will still apply
  • The company reserves the right to convert any exchange request into a return if necessary, in accordance with this policy
